Terms of sale

Last updated: 2 October 2026. These terms apply to purchases from TAG Sleaford Ltd, company number 12870323, trading as Aide by TAG Sleaford.

What you are buying

Reports, drafts and design work as described on our site at the price shown. Reports are based on information we could check on the date stated in the report. Websites and businesses change, so a report is a snapshot, not a guarantee.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email, usually within 24 hours. If you ordered a printed product, delivery details are shown at checkout.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. For a digital report, letter or other digital content, you ask us at checkout to start work straight away, and you agree that you lose your right to cancel once the digital product has been delivered to you. If we have not yet delivered, you can still cancel and we will refund you in full, usually within 14 days. To cancel, email aide@tagsleaford.com. Personalised printed items are made to your order, so the right to cancel generally does not apply once we have started making them.

If something is wrong

If a report or draft contains a factual error or does not match what we described, tell us at aide@tagsleaford.com and we will correct it or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

What our products are not

Our reports, letters and guides are not legal, medical, financial or tax advice. Letters are drafts for you to check and send yourself. Allergen information and food hygiene compliance remain the responsibility of the business owner, and any template we supply must be checked and completed by you.

Business quotes

Larger jobs such as websites are quoted in writing. Work starts when you accept the quote and any deposit it requires. Separate terms may be set out in the quote.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights.
